Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Return Requests
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us via email at info@saynomorewear.com, including their full name and order number.
2. Exchange and Store Credit
Items can be exchanged for another size of the same product or converted into store credit if the preferred size is out of stock.
3. Return Window
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following delivery.
4. Conditions for Return
a. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
b. All tags and original packaging (including box) must be included
c. Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt
d. The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions
5. Return Method
a. All returns must be made exclusively via BoxNow
b. Returns sent using any other shipping method will not be accepted
6. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer as follows:
• Greece: €5
• Cyprus: €7
• International: €20
7. Exchanges & Store Credit
a. Items may be exchanged for a different size of the same product, subject to availability
b. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued
c. Exchanges for size are free of shipping charges
d. For sale items, an exchange fee of €3 applies
8. Inspection and Defective Items
a. Returned merchandise undergoes a thorough inspection
b. If delivered defective, not as described, or missing parts, a total refund (purchase price + original shipping) is eligible
9. Shipping Damages
a. The Company is not responsible for items damaged during shipping
b. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier
10. Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs, accessories, credit card fees, and items on sale (including Black Friday and special offers) are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my item ?
Yes, you can exchange your item for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
If your preferred size is out of stock, you will receive store credit instead.
Good to know:
- Size exchanges are free of shipping charges
- For sale items, an exchange fee of €3 applies
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all tags and original packaging within 14 days of delivery
Can you help with a damaged product ?
We apologize if you received a damaged item. If delivered defective, not as described, or missing parts, a total refund (purchase price + original shipping)
is eligible. Please send a photo of the damaged product to saynomorewear@gmail.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded. If the item got damaged during shipping ,in that case there won’t be any replacements and you should file a claim with the carrier.
Where can I buy SAY NO MORE ?
SAY NO MORE is available exclusively at saynomorewear.com, at our Kolonaki Showroom (Xanthipou 11, Athens), and in selected stores across Greece and Cyprus.
Our showroom visits are available by appointment only.

Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are delivered via DHL Express, while Cyprus is served by both DHL Express and BOX NOW.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Cyprus: 2–4 business days (depending on method)
- Other international destinations: 1–7 business days
Shipping costs vary by location, and free international shipping is available on orders over €250.
Please note that for orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment options do you accept ?
a. Credit / Debit Cards: We accept major international credit and debit cards, including VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMEX, and UNION PAY. Payment for your order is made by credit or debit card through the secure Viva Payments environment. Credit card information is encrypted and directly transmitted to the payment provider, bypassing the Seller's servers. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.
b. Digital Wallets: Secure payments through Digital Wallets such as Shop Pay and Google Pay are accepted. When opting for digital wallets, users will be redirected to the respective platform to complete the payment securely. The Site neither stores nor possesses confidential data (credit card number, expiry date, and cryptogram), ensuring the highest level of security.
c. Installment Payment System: The platform offers installment payment via Klarna, allowing clients to defer payment in 3 monthly installments. Clients using this method will be redirected to Klarna's website to complete the payment process. The Seller is not responsible for Klarna's decision to recognize or deny installment payment.
d. IRIS: Payment of your order is made by IRIS at 801513432 (our TAX ID)
e. Bank Transfer: Payment of your order is made by direct deposit in a bank or through winbank. (direct bank transfer)

Please quote your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Please also note that your order will be processed once your payment is cleared, which may take up to 2 business days depending on the bank’s process.
